How eDesign came to be….

With a background in marketing and corporate learning, I help organizations implement change, improve their service, and motivate learning.  Spent 7 years working in the corporate learning field, implementing training and learning for global organizations.  For the legal field, I created a blended approach training model for a global law firm spanning 13 offices which addressed multiple learning platforms.  In 2006, I started my consulting business focusing on instructional design, but the work has bloomed into much more using my marketing background and technical skills.  Our clients are large and small and our projects have varied from training consulting to developing their marketing brands with web presence and print materials.  No client is the same and every solution needs to address their unique needs.  I pride myself on delivering quality professional service and creating innovative business solutions.
